The lovely wife and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary yesterday, mostly by trying to convince the cats to accept the new puppy. A good time was had by all, except for the cats.

  2. I knew it was getting close. Happy Anniversary. I hope you shared some wine and “great converstation.” Do you need a farmhand yet?

    How about in May?

  4. Happy Anniversary to two of my favorite people! I’ll have to get you some sort of paper product. By the way, I noticed that the modern anniversaries tend to be more expensive than the traditional. What’s up with that?

  5. Thanks, Patty! I noticed that too, and addressed it briefly (typos and all) here: http://www.ericwagoner.com/weblog/archives/000114.html. My guess? Inflation.

  6. RE: Paper/Clocks. You can always satisfy both the modernist and the traditionalist with one purchase. I’ve already got a similar one, though it doesn’t work anymore. Danged humidity!

  7. Oh… here’s the one I have. It’s really neat, and I recommend it. I also have the all-paper carousel, but I haven’t built it yet.
